Welcome to the Lisle High School HSO
(Home and School Organization)
Upcoming Events
The Lisle Senior High School HSO hosted a Holiday Shopping
Boutique on Sunday November 5th from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Offered as a joint benefit for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Lisle Senior
High School HSO, the Holiday Shopping Boutique was a fantastic success with holiday
shopping opportunities from over 28 crafters and vendors for homemade items, jewelry,
home décor, seasonal gifts, gourmet food as well as fresh baked goods. Unique to
this event was a custom Lisle Lions Teddy Bear created exclusively for this event;
every purchase supported a donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the
HSO Scholarship Fund. The Holiday Boutique brought in over
$2,000.00 that was
split between the HSO and the LLS. Thank you for your overwhelming support
for this event.
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
The HS Home and School Organization (HSO) is truly a partnership between the
families, administration and faculty of Lisle Senior High School.
Our goal is to support our community of students, parents, and teachers.
With your generous support last year we were able to accomplish the following goals:
an educational program on financial aid for our parents,
bottled water for our students during the extensive end of year testing,
lunch for our facility and staff for Teacher Appreciation Day, the Senior Banquet,
a special evening for all our graduating seniors and a $2000 contribution to the
HSO Council's Scholarship Awards. We could not have accomplished this without
your support! This year our basic fundraisers include:
The 50/50 raffle, a great fundraiser that takes place during our home football games
and basketball games.
We offer easy online shopping for Current cards (www.currentfun.com) and
wrapping paper. No door-to-door sales - just do your shopping online and
have it delivered to your door!
If you have not joined the HSO we urge you to do so. Your $5.00 per
family donation goes a long way to help the HSO provide things for your
children. Our meetings are open and we welcome any parents who would like to
help make a difference in their child's HS experience. See the HS HSO meeting
schedule in the school calendar or on elsewhere on this site.
Please support Market Day. It is the HSO's oldest running fundraiser.
It funds our scholarship program
- 100% of the profit goes toward scholarships to our graduating seniors
- last year we gave over $13,000 to 21 of our LSH graduates.
